Architectural Committee

The SPOA Architectural Committee is composed of Skyline owners. They are all volunteers and do their best to uphold the covenants of the association.

To submit a request to the AC for approval, see the sections below. Please read the requirements on the form(s) listed below to submit your request for your project(s).

The SPOA Plat Map shows divisions and plat maps for our community.

Form A - New Construction, Remodels and Additions

Used to submit an application for new construction or structural changes to an existing dwelling.

Form B - Fences, Sheds & Decks

Used when applying for property improvements that are smaller jobs, such as fences, garden sheds, etc.

Form C - Builder-Owner Notification Agreement

This form is required on most projects requiring AC approval.

CC&R Violation Form

Used to make the View & Appearance part of the AC aware of any violation.
